The Client

Consolidated Health Plans, Inc. was established in 1995 as a Preferred Provider Organization and Third Party Administrator (TPA) headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. Consolidated Health Plans provides third-party claims administration of medical, dental, disability, Flex, accident and life insurance programs for employees and college students throughout the country.

The Challenge

CHP wanted a new website design that would help to accommodate their clients key wants and needs. The new website had to allow CHP clients to access claims information, reference tools, claims status, and products.

The Result

Tortus worked closely with CHP to design a website that appealed to their client base. Their new website design is more intuitive, easier to use, and helped increase their enrollment. A full content management system allows for immediate updates of all text and images on their site including: providers, products and services, student health plans, employee benefits, news items, and events, without the assistance of a web developer.
