Liquors 44
The Client
Liquors 44 is a locally owned and operated wine and spirits store with three locations in the Pioneer Valley. With locations in Northampton, Hadley, and Holyoke, each store carries a very wide variety of imported wines, liquors, beers, sodas, and more. They also feature tasting events and event catering services. Liquors 44 offers the Massachusetts Lottery, a full redemption center to return your cans and bottles, gift certificates and gift cards as well.
The Challenge
Liquors 44 wanted a website that reflected their image as sophisticated and also down-to-earth. They wanted to be able to capture an audience of a variety of people to reflect their product diversity and the diversity of their customers.
Liquors 44 wished to feature their specials, drink recipes, upcoming events, information about their stores, and most importantly, to get people to come to their store locations. They also wanted to be able to edit and add the information themselves through a Content Management System.
The Result
Tortus designed a website which reflects Liquors 44's identity that people know and love with a refined feel and a focus on diversity and variety. With a Content Management System which allows the customer to edit all of their text, content images, specials, recipes, and contact information, Liquors 44 has the ability to change their information whenever they need to.
Using call-outs to show the most important information, Liquors 44 features information about current specials and their store locations and contact information on every page you view. Both the Contact page and the call-out of locations have links to Google Maps to make it easy and quick for customers to get directions to each store. Product images and descriptions, as well as a page for news and events allow users to find out the most current information about the stores and current specials.
The site also features information about each Liquors 44 store and its unique characteristics, as well as a special area with free drink recipes. These recipes include ingredients which the store carries and link directly to products that are currently on special.
