Northeast Promotions, Inc.
North East Promotions, Inc. is a Connecticut based planner and organizer of public and trade show events through out the northeastern United States. Established in 1976 as a family-owned venture, North East has evolved into the state's largest and one of New England's premiere producers of consumer shows and a variety of other tradeshow events.
Northeast Promotions was paying a monthly maintenance fee from their existing vendor. Their first request- "Reduce our costs!" They needed a portal for exhibitors to view pertinent information for upcoming shows.
We created a website featuring several easy-to-use Content Management Systems (CMS) that allows North East Promotions to cost-effectively manage and publicize upcoming shows and events. Shows are displayed on the front page of the site for easy client and visitor access. Exhibitors can login and register for shows through the website’s database. TortusMail allows North East Promotions to create a buzz about upcoming events and keep exhibitors informed and updated. Through proper administration design, Tortus reduced the recurring monthly maintenance costs by over 70%.
