Real Estate Lifestyles is a residential REALTOR® and relocation specialist in Arizona. Run by broker / owner Lorrie Iantaffi, their new website highlights years of service and knowledge about the Arizona area, including the highway system, growth factors, education system, future development and job base as well as everything you'd need to relocate to the Arizona area.
Tortus embedded Real Estate Lifestyles' MLS database into the site, which allows visitors to search for new homes and rental properties by location, price range, number of bedrooms, etc. Potential clients can now research properties from their comfort of their home, which is especially helpful for those planning a cross country move to AZ.
Because central Arizona is still under heavy development, much of the area is limited to dial-up access. Although most of the world connects to the Internet using broadband speeds, our site had to accommodate the audience who would be utilizing this site the most: dial-up customers. Using text and CSS (cascading style sheet) elements over image based elements allowed us to create a site that would load fairly quickly over dial-up speeds, but still be colorful and captivating enough to maintain the customer's attention and focus.
Breaking out the navigation into grouped categories also made sense to help speed up the site, as well as making the navigation effortless for users. Customers can now conveniently find information under categories such as Search Arizona MLS, Relocation, Contact, and Arizona Lifestyles, which will help Real Estate Lifestyles keep its wealth of information clear and organized.
Lastly, we created a layout and design based on the branding message of real service to those looking to relocate to Arizona. Therefore, the site was designed with warm orange, browns and blacks to emulate the area's culture and spectacular features.
