The Client

Hartley Bros. Landscaping, Inc. is a custom landscape design and landscape construction business based in Westfield, MA. They specialize in the planting of trees and shrubs, natural stone and man-made retaining walls, landscape lighting, paver patios, walks, and driveways.

The Challenge

Hartley Bros. Landscaping came to us with the goal of incorporating the web into their marketing efforts. They wanted to present themselves as a knowledgeable company that is continuously growing. In addition, they wanted to highlight their work in a gallery, making it easier for their customers to recommend them to friends and family. They also wanted to show how they give back to the communities in the area.

The Result

Tortus created a website that is highly graphic in design, incorporating the existing Hartley look, feel, and logo. Hartley now can upload photos and text through a custom Content Management System (CMS) that features completed projects. This provides Hartley the ability to upload a virtual portfolio to present to prospective clients.

TortusMail, Tortus' broadcast email campaigns, allows Hartley to keep clients informed of open houses and new products and services. Attending our Executive Seminars gives them an opportunity to connect with other business people with similar goals.

Hartley has received positive feedback and leads from their clients, and they are already planning future phases of web development due to its success.
