Ann Dawson received her Bachelors Degree in Economics from Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. She has twenty years experience in technology and business consulting; primarily with Aetna Life & Casualty in Hartford, CT. Ann most recently worked for BusinessWest magazine as Senior Account Executive in advertising sales. Ann joined Tortus Technologies in January 2008 as Senior Account Manager and will be covering Hampden County Eastern Massachusetts.

Clarke Moore is pleased to offer web and business solutions as a Tortus Account Manager in Western Mass. Clarke spent 13 years in the floral industry before joining the Tortus team in April of 2008. He will be working with businesses in Franklin, Hampshire and Western Hampden County.
Demma Rodriguez, Manager of Special Projects

Demma joined Tortus Technologies in May of 2006. She has worked as an educator, counselor, program coordinator and manager at several private and nonprofit organizations. Her experience in education and program management lends to her strength as Tortus' Manager of Special Projects. Demma attended Northeastern University and is a graduate of Amherst College.

Heather Antonelli, Project Coordinator
Heather joined Tortus Technologies team in August of 2007. Before coming to Tortus, Heather spent 5 years managing a print brokerage and coordinating web development projects for a small group of independent contractors. Heather holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Jill Fitzsimmons, Marketing Coordinator
Jill joined Tortus in March of 2008 as the Marketing Coordinator. She attended American University before graduating from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders. Jill brings experience in sales and marketing, most recently serving as the Marketing Coordinator for a legal advertising firm in Western Massachusetts.
Sara Anderson, Assistant Marketing Coordinator
Sara earned a Bachelor's degree from Elms College and a Master's degree in English from Arizona State University. She has over ten years of professional experience in the field of communication. She is also a continuing education student taking graphic design courses at Westfield State College.
Sean Porth, Systems Administrator
Sean has been monitoring and maintaining the Tortus servers since 2000. As a Navy veteran, he brings a strong work ethic that is instrumental in ensuring that our client's sites are up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Sean is experienced in linux, apache, postgresql, mysql, and perl and is also the administrator of the Tortus Help Desk.
Wiljo Doeleman, Senior Web Application Developer
Wiljo used to teach philosophy in the Netherlands, having received a PhD from the Free University of Amsterdam. After immigrating to the Pioneer Valley he switched his work life to another long term passion: software development. He served as software architect in a local company, and consulted for companies and colleges in the region. Wiljo is delighted to contribute to Tortus Technologies' focus on building web sites that help companies grow their business.
Stephen Friedman, Programmer
Steve came to Tortus with 10 years of experience developing and programming in HTML, Javascript, Perl, PHP and mySQL. Since arriving at Tortus, his skillset has grown to include Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL and Web 2.0 & AJAX. Over the past two years, he has helped develop Tortus' strong set of Ruby on Rails e-commerce, data import, login, and content management packages as well as many custom solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
Brian Michalski, Programmer Intern
Brian Michalski joins Tortus as an intern this summer. Brian will be developing PHP and Ruby on Rails programming, both of which he also enjoys working on in his spare time. Brian has just completed his junior year at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y., where he is a computer and systems engineering major. Brian hails from South Hadley, Mass.
Alison West, Web Designer & Content Developer
Alison joined Tortus in March of 2006. She brings to Tortus a commitment to using the latest technologies, such as XHTML and CSS while still maintaining a focus on accessibility and usability for each site she designs. Alison strives to provide seamless user experiences through each design by continuously researching the design, usability and writing industries.
Victoria Chapman, Web Designer & Content Developer
Vicki joined Tortus in May of 2007 after two and a half years of freelance/contracted graphic and web design work as Weyakin Designs. She started her work as a web designer at the University of Connecticut's Web Development Lab with a four-year position as a student designer. Vicki holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Illustration and uses her art background to inform the designs she creates for Tortus' clients.

Harry Moore, CEO
Harry has been a successful entrepreneur for more than 30 years. In 1976 he founded Moore Business Systems, Inc. working out of his home in Easthampton, Ma. He sold MBS after 20 years of successful growth to a Fortune 100 company. At that time, MBS had grown to over 100 employees and multiple branch locations. In addition to Tortus Technologies, Harry has founded, invested in, purchased, merged, and sold businesses of all sizes.
Dana Soucier, Director of Operations
With over 35 years of successful operations experience, Dana brings his executive leadership and management skills to Tortus Technologies. His most recent position was Senior IT Manager with IKON Office Solutions (a Fortune 500 Company). Dana has lent his talents to MBS (Moore Business Systems) as Operations Manager; National Telephone as Vice President and General Manager; and Carolina Communications as Vice President of Finance Administration.
