Conklin Office Furniture, a long-term Tortus client, recently announced plans to open a new 230,000-square-foot location on Appleton Street in Holyoke, MA. Conklin has been able to grow their office furniture business outside of Western Mass, partially due to the first page Google rankings their website receives.

HOLYOKE - An office furniture company has bought a 230,000-square-foot former paper company on Appleton Street in an effort to expand and create new jobs.
"They are committing to some job creation," John A. Dyjach, the city's assistant director of planning and economic development, said Thursday.
Conklin Office Furniture recently bought the former American Pad & Paper building at 75 Appleton St. for $1.7 million, according to city assessor records.
