Yes, it's Charles Darwin, remembered today as the man who researched and published The Origin of Species, in 1859. Interestingly, even though the voyage of the HMS Beagle ended in 1836, Darwin's notes, observations, and conclusions weren't published until many, many years later.
The "Origin of Species" and Darwin's theory on evolution was inexplicably archived for nearly two decades. Only after he learned a fellow scientist was publishing similar research did Charles release his theory in 1858.
To this day, Charles Darwin, the same man who was raised and schooled by the Church, is heralded as the creator of the Theory of Evolution. Sadly, Charles died in 1882 at the age of 73, never getting the chance to bask in the glory of his groundbreaking work.

This fanciful newsletter told a story you likely knew, however it cost-effectively reached thousands of people AND prompted you to view multiple pages on the Tortus website. You circumnavigated our site, explored many potential branding locations, and hopefully enjoyed the diversion! (At least more than Darwin enjoyed the never-ending discussions with FitzRoy on the high seas). Using what we call indirect marketing and Edutainment, Tortus strives to stay ‘top of mind' in the 21st century. Are you confident that you are doing the same? Or are you teetering like Josiah Wedgewood's long-standing company?
