Tortus Announces Changes to Broadcast Email System

New Broadcast Email System Coming Soon!

Tortus is proud to announce that we will be unveiling a new and improved Email Marketing solution on Monday, February 23rd, 2009. The new system is designed to allow the average user to create highly targeted marketing messages that can be sent at anytime, from anywhere.

The benefits of Tortus' Email Marketing platform include:

• * Categorizing of lists and mailings, which will allow you to organize your electronic campaigns to match other ongoing marketing campaigns.
• * The ability to send to multiple lists at once. This will eliminate the need to create multiple copies of one email.
• * Private test list that allows you to send the same test to different groups. Send the first test to co-workers for feedback and the final draft to your boss for approval.
• * Multiple templates allow you more options when it comes to branding your message.
• * Send now or send later. Coordinate exactly when your email goes out to ensure it hits with maximum effectiveness.
• * New statistics allow you to see exactly which recipients are opening the email and which are clicking through to your site! Use these lists to send a second, targeted email to those you know are interested!
• * A customized unsubscribe form that allows you to understand why members have chosen to no longer receive mailings.

Although the new system is designed to give the user more control in an easy to navigate setting, we will be offering training/refresher sessions at our West Springfield location to those users who are interested. Each training will be approximately an hour long and will be held at the following times:

• Tuesday Feb 17 at 9 am
• Thursday Feb. 19 at 3 pm

• Tuesday Feb 24 at 9 am
• Thursday Feb. 26 at 3 pm
