Tortus Technologies hosted its annual Think Tank Seminar on Wednesday, June 24, at our West Springfield office. Globalization and the current state of the world (and local) economy were particularly relevant topics for the attendees.

“We’ve been talking about globalization for a long time but the fact is, it’s here, now. Rooting for the Underdog

UpsetIf you're seeking inspiration about the triumph of the underdog, consider the legendary story of the horse named Upset. The thoroughbred Man o’ War is considered the most successful horse in U.S. racing history. Over his two-year career in 1919 and 1920, he won 20 out of 21 races, set three world records, and was staked at 1 to 100 odds three times. Man o' War was also an impressive sire to more than 64 stakes winners and various champions. In spite of his many victories, Man o’ War was not infallible.
