What Matters More in Recession Times: Low Price or Excellent Service?

It would be hard to deny that we're a country in recession right now. The next year looks grim for businesses: sales and profit margins are down, non-profits are struggling for donations, and unemployment is hovering near ten percent. We're bombarded daily with more bad news. But at Tortus we believe that if you've got lemons, make lemonade!

The Fourth of July is always cause for celebration, but on the fiftieth anniversary of the United States, the day was also cause for mourning. On July 4, 1826, both John Adams, the nation's second President, and Thomas Jefferson, the third President and Adam's co-author of the Declaration of Independence, died within hours of each other.
