Trust comes next

Trust came in as the second most important customer consideration in 2009 on the AMA survey, a fact that didn’t surprise us at Tortus.

All things in nature are harmonious, except human relations. Imagine not trusting a person or entity, and then deciding to entrust your business to them! Trust and confidence can only be gained through consistently satisfactory performance.

So many promises, so few delivered: it’s been reported that 80% (yes, 4 out of 5!)  projects or programs initiated by organizations are never completed.
