Update: Self-Syncing of Emails from Rackspace to MXRoute

For those of you that have already changed your password from the temporary password sent earlier today, you have the ability to sync emails from Rackspace to MXRoute much more quickly.

For the IMAP Source Mailbox:
Login Name: email address
Password: Rackspace password
IMAP Server Hostname: secure.emailsrvr.com

For the IMAP Destination Mailbox:
Login Name: email address
Password: MXRoute password
IMAP Server Hostname: lucy.mxrouting.net

Important Announcement - New Email Service Setup Information

Thanks for signing up for our service! To get this set up, you need to know a few things. You should read this entire e-mail before using the service. Do not lose this e-mail, please store it somewhere safe.If you do not see past emails when you log in to the new service it means the emails are still in the process of migrating. If you have a mailbox with thousands of emails it is going to take much longer. We highly recommend purging any unneeded emails to help expedite the process.

You can login using the webmail services listed below or via a local service (Outlook, etc…) using the credentials below following the services specific instructions.

Your Temporary Password: Sent via email
Server Name: lucy.mxrouting.net
These are your e-mail ports:
IMAP - 143 (non-SSL), 993 (SSL)
POP3 - 110 (non-SSL), 995 (SSL)
SMTP - 25 (non-SSL), 465 (SSL), 587 (STARTTLS)

Under normal conditions you would set your e-mail client to use SSL with port 993 for IMAP, and port 465 for SMTP

There is a possibility that during the migration, we may need to reset your password to migrate your current emails successfully. In such a case, if you encounter login issues, kindly text 413-333-6895, and we will promptly provide you with a temporary password.
Please note that during the migration period, there might be a brief period of downtime when you may not be able to access your emails. To minimize any inconvenience, we have strategically planned the migration to take place overnight on Saturday into Sunday.
